Urgent Road Closure - Chartway Street, Sutton Valence - 2nd September 2025 (Maidstone)

It will be necessary to close Chartway Street, Sutton Valence from 2nd September 2025 for up to 1 day.

The road will be closed 100meters either side of the Workhouse Lane junction.

The alternative route is via Chartway Street, Lenham Road, Headcorn Road, High Street, Faversham Road, A20 Ashford Road, Willington Street, A274 Sutton Road, A274 Maidstone Road, Chartway Street and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 09:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
